Carrington/New Century Loan Modification

Hi, I have been reading alot of what other people are doing and going though to get a loan mod. Well I am another one trying, and mine is with Carrington/New Century, well we fell behind in Dec 07, and our arm changed in Jan. 08 knew then I wouold not be able to pay that amount was already stuggling with the previous amount. I go my laon in May of 05 it was 8%, and after two year reset, to 9.5 and again reset to 10.65, 2093.00 then 2400.00 and then 2783.00 and my taxes are not even in this, well I am now fighting to keep my home and will do all I can to keep it, have did the Hardship on line, and call Carrington in April to get the loan mod, and was told they would put me on a repayment plan,( and they did), but had to make two payment before I could be sent to the Loan modication dept. Well Have made two and the person that worked with me then was Shirley Bates and she really was great to wrok with, and always returned my calls, well now I have been sent ot the loan mod dept, the day I made my second payment,May 16 it was due the 26 of may but got it paid early so that I could start my mod as soon as possible. Well Have been working with someone named Wendy, since May 16,2008 and had me fax all info to her to send to whoever they send it to, well I called twice to make sure that all paper was sent or if anything was needed and both times she called me back that day, was always uplifting after the phone call(but Im sure she does that for everyone). Was told to give 7-10 day for any info, well I am one of those people that got behind on my Taxes and will be getting a tax sale, in Aug of 08, but was told they could put into our house payment now, and that exactly what I pray will happen, sent them a rough draft of a modication that I could afford with taxes included, and she mention that maybe that is something they could work with. So when it come to Carrington Mortgage for me "SO FAR SO GOOD" I hope to hear from them by the 25th of June, and will post again when I here something. Hope again other people going though this, will have just as little problems as I have in the beginning stages, GOD BLESS AND WILL TOUCH BASE HOPEFULLY WHEN I GET MY LOAN MODICATION(i am very positive and optimistic-:)
