CW - Requesting Modification

Hello Everyone, I have just faxed over last night all the paper work they requested to get the requested for modification requested started. I hope that I can get my mortgage modified.

My situation is the following. I was on a fixed rate for two years and it recently adjusted to 3%. It will adjust again in June 08 but it will cause hardship to me and my family.

I hope that CW can help me. I have called this morning and they have received all my paper work.

They said to give them 10 days so they can review all my paper work and then someone will be assigned to me I guess this negoiater? Any other step that I can take to speed this up or advice? Thanks!
