Dead End? Need Advice

Reading most of the treads here, makes me feel that there is hope. My case is similar to everyone in here. I am set to adjust on july 2008 from a 5.99 rate to 8.99% with an increase in payment of $1250 dollars. I find my self frustrated that no one could help at HOMEQ SERV.I had call lost mitigation but they told me that they cant do any modification since they are not the investor (lender) they are just a servicing company. I researched and found that my investor is WILMINGTON FINANCE. Does anyone have a contact # for them or any stories or pointers i could do with my situation. THIS site is great, just when i feel its a dead end, reading treads of success stories makes me feel great that lots of people out there helps people like myself.
