|  Hardship Letter Questions I've seen it mentioned there needs to be a surplus of $150 -200 a month...but from what amount? If I use my current mortgage payment, there is no surplus at all - it would be negative. What are you using as your mortgage payment - the expected amount due if you get the loan mod? |
