|  Help with Hardship Letter Hi, I'm Vince - new here. I am working with a FHA approved negotiator. Our mortgage is with chase home finance and we have a 5.75% apr, so we can't really do any apr adjustement. the Negotiator is recommending we move the past payments to the end of the loan and resume making payments. I was hoping someone here could have a look at our hardship letter and make recommendations. The negotiator said we needed to document and prove the challenges we experienced and show evidence we were looking for work / trying to improve our situation. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
