HSBC Please Help

I too, have a Loan with HSBC....ARM LOAN... they said they couldn't help me either. Seems they really don't want to, not that they can't... Thanks for the email address to email them...Maybe an email from me would be better than talking to one of them... I don't want to lose my home but when this rate goes up, we won't be able to make the payments... Please, anyone who has a loan with this company an has had any luck dealing with them please post the good news an what you did to get them to help you...I would appreciate it...as i know others would too.... thank for listening.
