|  I want to start a mortgage modification service I own a brokerage in Hawaii (not looking to capitalize on distress, but hate to see people paying 4995.00 fr the service) I would like to provide the service to clients that qualify and cant get a new mortgage Price it from 995.00 per success, or something like that. From the correspondance I have received it appears that their just paralegals sending in forms. Is their any pitfalls, I am not anticipating. :confused: Thanks in advance, Jim |
