Default IndyMac current Mod % Rate, etc...?

Hello All.I have a 30yr fixed $485K @ 7.875%, and $120K @ 9.75. 2 months behind, have 2x$4200 monthly mortgage in Savings. Completed Debt / Income Workout submitted with a -$250/monthly deficit. Constant communication on Phone. Hardship of EDD disability.Can I negotiate a 6 month forebearance?What % interest can I expect on a 30 or 40yr?Can they remove credit reporting?What is (P & I)?? Property taxes & Insurance rolled into mortgage? If so can you negotiate it into??Anything else to ask of?
