Indymac Questions??

Poppy, First post here, but have been following this forum for some time...2 questions to you in regards to your remarks about Indymac...We did a very "questionable" refi through Quicken loans last summer, and it was promptly sent to Indymac...( I won't go into the details of that loan now, but there are many dodgy aspects to it)...We are drawing on savings to make the payments now, and perhaps can hold out thru summer, so are looking to do a modification with them at some point soon. I'm curious as to what you were referring to when you were talking about their QA/QC, ( Not familiar with those terms)...And my second question is, do you think they're going out of business or something??...( You said you'd noticed a difference in their operations the past two months)...If something like that is up, would that make a difference in how/when to begin correspondence with them in regards to a modification...Thank you for any insight/info.
