Default Lender paid modification agreements

Does anyone know if mortgage servicers will pay an independent fee to a 3rd party loan modification (http://www.modifyloan.net) company. I have reached out to several loan modification (http://www.zinomortgage.org/forum/) companies and have several mortgages I need help with. They keep telling me my servicers aren't on there lender paid list does anyone know of any mortgage companies that will do this ?
