|  Loan modification I am in the process of modifying my loan, However the mortgage company has served me with foreclosure paper. How can they be in the process of modifying my loan and foreclosing on me at the same time? What should I do to remedy this situation? Please advise ASAP. Thank you. |

| Re: Loan modification first don't stop making payments, second make sure you dont pay any fees. once notice default has been served no up front fees can be collected to modify. Third make sure you are working with a reputable company. My company specializes in your type of remodification. Take look at our website www.reviewmyloan.com |
