Default "Loss Mitigation Officers" Recruitment Ad Seen Recently

The below ad for "loss mitigation officers" was posted on Craig's List recently for So Cal. It exhibits the continuing mentality of those that put many of us in predatory mortgage loans to begin with and are now attempting to present themselve as soldiers on the "loss mitigation" front today. Beware. __________________________________________AD:Open letter to all out of work/displaced, experienced loan officers, real estate agents, processors, underwriters, and anybody else in the mortgage/real estate industry with sales prowess: If you are a skilled real estate agent, loan officer, telemarketer, wholesale/retail bank rep., underwriter, processor, etc. who has found yourself displaced as a result of the mortgage meltdown, if you are looking for a job that will afford a REAL opportunity to get you back on a money-making track in a difficult market; then step into the “Loss Mitigation boom.” I am looking for Loss Mitigation Officers to originate from leads of home-owners that do not qualify for a refinance, but are candidates for a “loan work-out.” I have and need to continue to add to a sales force that is industry-savvy, that understands what it takes to qualify a borrower for a full documentation loan, and can recognize and demonstrate the appropriate criteria that will allow a renegotiation of current mortgage terms with the goal being to ascertain a friendlier payment for the borrower moving forward. I have and need Loss Mitigation Officers that thrive in a bustling, high energy call-center/customer-available office environment. We have a crew of sales guys in-house and need to continue to add to that number. We are supported by an established back-end operation that processes and mitigates the file. If you have industry skills and are sick of spinning your wheels trying to push through refis or reverses, or FHA deals, or whatever it is you are doing to stay in the game, do yourself a favor and go where the money is. If you don’t EXPECT TO APPROACH SIX FIGURES/per year in this position, then do not apply. I need real industry-savvy people that know what it's like to have suffered through the rough times of 2007, and are more motivated than ever to seize an opportunity to get back to the kind of life-style, security, and sense of professional accomplishment that they are used to. We are a legitimate company doing wonderful things to help home-owners who need it the most. We are the real deal and expect you to be as well. Do not front on your abilities. (Send resume ________________.) END OF AD _________________________________ They're making "SIX FIGURES" (at least) off of our misfortune and pain which they call their "boom." I know there are good folks in any industry, but this field seems to be nothing but bottom feeders. Disgusting. Irish Gal
