I have an 80/20 and I am current on both. Purchase Price: 438,900 Current Value: 395,000 (Appriasal 5/08) Loan 1: ASC 80% ARM Balance: 346,314.66 Rate: 8.38% (Came down after 2nd reset) Reset Date: 11/08 Loan 2: ASC 20% Fixed Balance: 86,479.78 Rate: 10.25% |
