My own Litton Loan thread

I figured I'd start my own Litton thread to document my progress in trying to get a modification. Have a 1st mortgage at $144,000 at 7.5%Have a 2nd mortgage at $33,000 at 11%. Total = $177k owedHouse is worth probably $150k to $160k Loan is to reset on Oct 1, 2008. I called a month ago and was told that I called too early. Have made several calls since and got through to the executive resolution team. Was told a loan modification packet was on its way. I have yet to see it after 2 week. QWR was sent out last week so we'll see what happens with that. Will keep thread updates.
