|  Need help-surplus question I sent a hardship letter although with our income vs expenses presently at our 12% interest loan we are now negative 1800/month. With a loan modified at 6-6.5%, which is what I had asked for our surplus would be approx 500/mo. I have been reading on this site about needing a surplus in order to qualify? Surely they dont mean a surplus before the modification- right? |
