|  Need Help - Wachovia Hi All.I am currently on a tail end of a 3 year fix mortgage rate with World Savings Bank aka Wachovia which will then adjust to an adjustable mortgage rate. Upon my dismay yesterday, they decided to scrap the option to modify loans and there are no other options other than to refinance or wait. I am current with my payments but unfortunately concerned that with the adjustable mortgage rate that I will have a hard time paying. All I simply want to do is to modify my loan to a fixed rate for x number of years.Are there any options other than refinancing for me?Please advise. |
