Need some ideas

Hi,I have fixed that we refinanced just recently - October. My wife was working at the time, but in February she had to leave work to take care of our 18-month-old twins whose health was being seriously affected by being in day care. My wife still does some part-time work from home, buty without my wife's full time income, we can't afford the payments. At the moment, we are not delinquent, but that won't continue for long. I've already contacted our lender, WaMu, and they sent out the LM application to us. Would appreciate any suggestions on what they're looking for and our best approach to getting approved for the program.Thanks
