Negotiator making personal visits?

Hello Everyone, I wanted to share my experience to let everyone know what is going on. Yesterday, I had a "negotiator" show up at my door! He said that he is from Titanium Solutions and he was sent by Washington Mutual to help me work out my loan. Is this true? I questioned him and ask him that my loan is two months behind and I am current on my 2nd. He stated he sent a letter (which I did not receive) saying that he would come. I told him how did he get my information because Washington Mutual is not suppose to be giving my personal information to a third party? He says he is not a bill collector just trying to help me figure out what are my options. I asked him if he is a real estate agent. He said yes he is also. His name is John Solaequi 415.999.0673 cellular. Does anyone know what to make of this?

i think i know what this is, if hes telling the truth. when a bank starts to trust negotiator, they give them leads. if you are only 2 months behind then a lis mendents has not been filed yet right? if you have not been served with a lis mendents, your default is not public knowledge, so that is kind of weird. if you want more info contact me.
