OCWEN denied to modify my loan

Anyone ahve any advice for me. I did everything OCWEN asked me to do. sent them my check stubs, hardship letter etc etc...then they were supposed to call me within 2 business days. they never did. I called them 5 days later and Deburk from India advised me that I was denied a loan modification because of affordability. He adhvised me that I can afford my 10.5% interest rate without issue. I disagreed with him and asked to speak with a supervisor. He denied to get me to anyone. is that it? is there no recourse> What else can I do. I am concerned that with the LIbor rates going up and up that MY mortgage is going to skyrocket up more and more...anyone please...thx
