Please Help!! on Financial worksheet Hello, I am so happy I found this forum, I'm about to start a loan modification with Chase, I am a little worried about the financial worksheet. In filling out the financial worksheet do I put my old payment amount before it adjusted or do I put the new payment amount? If I put the new payment amount I'm afraid they will not approve the modification, because there is no way I can afford the new payment. Can you please talk about the laws, I want to make my hardship letter sound powerful but not too harsh. I dont want to get them mad, but I do want to sound like I know how to defend my self.
