Short Sale with Ocwen Some one Help!!!!!

I have found out that the builder sold me a house for 149K that is worth 98K and the appraisal which they hid from me is jacked up!i have an arm that is adjusting i'm behind on taxes,insurance and home owner i lost my job and my mother is sick she needs a blood transfusion so i need to move by her to see if i'm a match.so i decided to sell well since the appraisal is no good i can't RE-fi or sale because the value is not there and the house wasn't even finished and they appraised it there is a third house that is bigger than my house but my house cost more(fraud) Ocwen will keep me on hold for an hour an a half then say they will transfer me then hang up two days of this, two weeks of being transfered around put on hold and then hung up on, i can never speak to a manager to discuss my short sale it has been 6 months my buyer has been waiting and is about to loose her funding for the second time!the first has signed off on it and Ocwen wont even meet with me to discuss what they will take the house is headed for foreclosure if I dont get any help i moved out and let the people who want to buy it move in so i wouldnt miss a note if they dont buy it i dont know what i will do. i'm so upset i could jump off a bridge!!i have to move because my mom has gotten worse she gave me life so i have to do the same for her!!!i know ocwen is a victim too but they are heart less Can some one please help me i think they want me to fore close i heard they can get more fees is i foreclosure the first lien has already signed off on the loan just waiting on OCWEN!!:(
