stiil need help

Good morning, I hav,nt posted in a while i was hoping my next post would be with good news , but I,m still waiting to hear if I will be getting a loan mod with Homeq.My first ? is I started this process back on July 15th is there timeline Homeq has to follow with giving me an answer? I keep getting a run around with this company .When I first started it seemed to go so quick they faxed me over the loan mod package ,I faxed and mailed it back the same day, then from then on it,s been a nightmare .I call every other day I get a different story or I need to refax more documents.Then they tell me everything is in just waiting on approval,I,ll call back the next day I need to refax again.Now it,s Oct I started in July and I,m getting no anwsers.I was wondering if i write a QWR if will hurt me or prolong this even longer because they have 60 days to give me an anwser?.I just really need to get on with my life this is draing us not only financially but emotionally as well.We really need some advice.
