H&R Block Completes Sale of OOMC to Wilbur Ross

Hi everyone, I didn't know about this till I read a blurb in the local paper.. H&R Block has officially shed Option One Mortgage to Wilbur Ross as of this week. That may be so, but I strongly feel that H&R should still be held accountable for the suffering and stress that many of us Option One customers have gone through and are continuing to suffer. What do you people think? Do you think that H&R Block should be held accountable? I do. I'd love to hear what you think! Sally

When you say "suffering and stress that many of us Option One customers have gone through", what do you mean? I take it that your old mortgage company mistreated some customers? What happened?

I haven't heard of a large lender/ mortgage company taking advantage of customers in a long time, but I guess it does happen.
