Tila Recision

To anyone - I have many TILA and REPSA issues on a loan but fear I do not qualify under TILA for recission. It is a refi on a primary residence but with the same lender. This lender was the first position mortgagor and by coincidence became a servicer for the second mortgage. So they got paid off at refi as the first and the second even though they were not the second mortgagor originally. Am looking for violations on the first older mortgage and can possibly rescind that one but maybe at best I can rescind the refinanced extra to pay off the second??? Help
