Default 3 months behind

After my husband of 20 years walked out on our family, I was left with the mortgage on our relatively new manufactured home. I have been struggling with this for a few years, and it finally has overwhelmed me and now I am 3 months behind. My mortgage loan was sold a few times in the last 3 years and Wells Fargo now owns me. I must say they are not very understanding at all. I did write a hardship letter and they wrote back that I must have the back payments paid in full and current by September (now) or foreclosure will proceed. I do not wish to lose my home I have no where to go and I am barely getting by as it is. I appreciate any help offered. Thanks.
