Almost done but need help

Hello again,I haven't visited in a while since I was able to modify my first mortgage with Chase with your help. Now, I have been working on the 2nd mortgage thru GMAC. It was originally for $74000. at 10% with a balloon payment due in 20 years. I just rec'd a letter from GMAC saying that they would waive 70% of the unpaid balance if I pay $21,670. within the next 20 days. I wish I had it to do - that would be awesome! I don't have it.At the bottom of the letter it says we can discuss alternative solutions. What would you suggest I might work out with them? I could not have worked out the Chase modification without you and I knew right away when I opened this letter that I would be visiting you sight again. Did I mention how much I appreciate all that you do??
