|  American Servicing Company What a nightmare!!! I have been trying to help my mother out with a mod on her loan. She has a hideous adjustable mortgage that she cannot afford..This company; American Servicing Company; are nothing but liars and scammers!Does anyone know who this lenders is? I do know they have something to do with Wells Fargo. For five months now they have said they were sending a mdification, now they say that they need a hardship letter and proof of income. It was a no doc to begin with!Anyone have a loan with them? Any info would help |
