Anxious Hello All, We currently have a laon with Citi Residential (formerly AMC...UGGHH) and are getting ready to fax all our paperwork over to them hopefully first thing tomorrow morning. Our story is a little different then ones I have read on here. We are currently have an active Chap 13 and were actually informed by the BK dept at Citi about a loan modification. I have seen a few posts on here where it says a loan mod will NOT happen if your chap 13 is not dismissed which makes me nervous. Our 3 yr arm is about to adjust and with the rate surely going up, keeping up w/ the mtg payments and a rather high trustee payment things are sure to be roungh and more than likely end badly. I expressed these concerns with the lender and they assured me cases like ours are being modified daily but that they couldn;t guarantee anything naturally. Anyone out there with any experience good bad or indifferent with a lender and having a current chap 13? Any info would be greatly appreciated. |
