Asc modification hi, im new here, my lender is ASC i was deliquent for 3 months and when i was to pay on the "grace period" they did not accept it...they told me my loan went to foreclosure that day...i was upset because ive been working with the modification since day 1 of my delingquency plus the fact that i was making the payment on the grace period(due date is every 1st and the grace period is on the 15th...i was trying to make payment on the 13th but was rejected..that also was the day they started the foreclosure)....i received the NOD on august 15. I called to find out the status of my modification and was told that i was approved for the temporary forebearance wth a monthly payment of 3,500 for 3 months(my previous payment was 3,000), they have also sent me the document for my signature, however, because the payment increased i didnt accept it and instead tried to talk to the negotiator in an attempt to lower the monthly, she went over my financial worksheet and it ended up that i am no longer qualified for the 3 months trial period because this time i am upside down. so in my attempt to get a better deal it turned out to be worse!she told me that my account will be forwarded to the litigation department for either short sale or deed in-lieu- of foreclosure...i asked for another chance because i am self employed and receiving 1099 and that my income fluctuates. she advised me to renegotiate and submit anew loan mod packet but the foreclosure will continue.How am i gonna do it this time?. i can affored the mortgage because it is being rented for 3,000 and i receive sufficint enough monthly cushion and i want to keep my house but i can NOT afford to pay for the delinguent amont...however since i am self employed,have a fluctuating income, and receives 1099 i dont know how to present it exactly to get their approval...a have attempted to change figures in the past negotiation, at one time i was told i was underqualified and one time told that i was overqualified? should there be surplus? how much?pls. help me!!! |
