|  ASC mortgage acceleration letter I called ASC and told them I could not make my July payment on time. At the same time I requested a re-structure of my ARM. I missed my July payment which I just scheduled for August 29th. I have not made my August payment which I plan to make September 12. I plan to make my September payment September 26th. Yesterday I received a letter from ASC saying that I had to make all 3 payments plus 1100.00 in fees before September 16, or the loan would accelerate. What does that mean?. Will they still do that even if I am almost caught up? Thanks for any advice. |
