ASC nightmare

Hi thanks for having me on your forum and I have read all the stories especially about ASC and I am going through the same predictment. My loans are split in 2 and I had a pre payment penalty before I could refinance the market fell through. I called HOPE in December and told them that I need help because I have a ARM that goes up every 6 months they stated they cant help me because I am not late. In may I heard about a program they state they could help me but turns out they just took my money and didn't help me now am in foreclosure and call back hope which state now they could help me when my credit is all mess up. I call ASC and they state that I should sell my place because they see where I cant afford it. I call back and spoke to someone else they said they gonna set me up in a payment plan for 3 month then I need to send in information in December to see if I am qualified for a loan mod. Who made them GOD to determine who stays and who goes. can I get some advice?
