Aurora Loans help!

Has anyone had luck with Aurora Loans? We have just started the process of attempting to deal with them on loan modification/principal reduction process. If anyone had luck, has #'s to the person who assited them-retention manager maybe? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in getting through to the person who can actually help us and not those with programmed scripts. If anyone has had difficulty with this lender please let me know. We need all the imput we can get!
