Avelo Mortgage is now Litton Loan

I don't know where to post this so Cat feel free to move it to where ever!!Avelos website in no longer available and redirects you to Littons website. I called and spoke with Kimberly at Litton to see about the process and she said it will take at least 5 days for them to get Avelos system downloaded into Littons system and that is if everything goes right! She said Litton will be mailing out "WELCOME" packages on or around the 5th which is a Saturday and a holiday weekend but I don't think she realizes that Friday is the 4th!!! She was very nice and she was in Texas. Since my payments are made a few months in advance but she didn't know that I asked about making a payment since it is July 1st. She said they do not want to accept payments till after the 10th. Avelo customers will not be accessed any late charges for July as they realize that they don't have a way to make payments. She said that if I don't get my package by the 10th to please call and follow up. So I guess for now all of us Avelo customers will have to wait and see how it goes....nitagLucky # 65
