I got a Mod from Chase which essentially raised my mortgage paymnet. They wouldn't adjust my rate at all. I'm still at 7.75 and thinking maybe a deed in lue. But I've really been hoping this bail out package might help us struggling home owners.I keep reading the news updates on line just hoping and praying |
