Bank Of America Modification

Ok, I am in the Loan Modification Process with countrywide for my first home, this has been posted on a previous thread. The process is going well thanks to this forum. I ,however, have a rental home with BOA with a 3 year fixed ARM interest only APR 4.25 % APY 4.875 300,000 owed, this is the exact loan that i have with countrywide, except for the balance . My question is: Has anyone had any success with BOA or should i get professional help. I will call today to see if i can do this on my own but i just thought i should ask, as i have not been able to find previous helpful threads. another thing i should mention is that i have been current with all my payments, my countrywide loan and the BOA loan. I, however, will not be able to afford the rate adjustment that will occur in October.Thanks Again, you guys have been very helpful.
