|  Behind with Citi Mortgage I have a loan with Citi Mortgage. I'm going on three months delinquent. I have an appointment with a HUD approved counseling agency. My loan is an ARM that will adjust next year. The rest of my credit went into the tank due to taking in family members to support them. I have a stable job with a good raise coming next spring. My interest rate is almost 10% right now. Any suggestions for me before I see the counselor? My mortgage is at about 34% of my gross income and I have 90% equity. Any thoughts? |

| Re: Behind with Citi Mortgage Actually.. I think choosing a good refinancer is very important in order to get full benefits. |
