|  can Homeowners association foreclose on my house I can't refinance because I have a lien on my house due to homeowners association fees it started at 2500 hundred now is 5000 thousands dollars. Everytime I try to work out a payment plan with the lawyer the money keeps getting hire. I receive a letter from the lawyers office saying I will be face with foreclosure in the next 30 days. My loan with CW is now behind one month. Please help I don't know what to do. |
