CITI BK 13 1st/2nd mod

OK here is my story. CITI went to court to get a removal of stay as we were behind in our payments due to medical bills and rising costs. My bk attorney was told by CITI's attorney and they are looking to modify all loans all that was needed was for my attorney to send CITI's attorney a letter stating that it was ok for CITI to talk to me directly. This was on Thursday 9/4/08. My attorney faxed over the letter Friday 9/5/08 AM, on Friday afternoon Dennis from the bk department contacted me to fax in paperwork, which I did this morning. Well Dennis calls me yesterday and know wants an income/expense statement, and also my next paycheck from sept which is this friday. Should I also email the contacts from CITI in hopes of speeding things along? I am back in court at the end of the month and would like to have movement in hopes of getting another postponment.I am praying for a quick turnaround. Without this loan mod we will have to either refile chapter 13 bk, or just go with chapter 7 bk as we have 2 loans with CITI 1st is 260K @ 8.5% and a 2nd 60k @ 12.5% home is worth ~240k. The first is an ARM which will reset in February.
