Contacts for National City Mortgage?

Hi everyone - I have been working with IndyMac on our 1st, and having issues with National City on our 2nd.I have sent in our financials like they asked, but magically they "have not received them". Unfortunately, I made the mistake of NOT sending this pack certified, but I made copies of everything.I have called HOPE because of a letter received from them regarding National City Mortgage, but they are always busy and never taking calls when I am available to call. They take my info to call me back and never do.So, I think it's time to send National City an email/letter to the "higher ups" like I did IndyMac.Does anyone have names, emails & physical addresses to send a letter of "I am making an effort and you seem to not care" letter to them?Thanks!
