cosigners/wachovia

my parents are cosigners on this loan, the broker told them they would come off in about a year, theres not way that is happening, that is why I am not walking away right now or I would, my dad have always had good credit and that is very important to him, so how would I get out of this house without ruining my parents credit, wachovia will not do anything to help me, but I am still making the payments, should I pay late to get help or what? I could not live with myself if I ruined my parents they worked hard all their life, I don't care about myself, I'll manage but I worry if something happens to them will this house have to be paid through their estate, I do have sibilings. they have a reverse mortgage on their own house so I think thats safe but what about their other money? does anyone have any advice on this?
