I have two homes in foreclosure with this ridiculous company. My first home I have been negotiating a short sell for 18 months and have not been able to move forward. I have 3 different buyers that want to my home and they just keep saying the bids are too low BS they just don't want to help the people. As far as I am am concerned Mizilo is an arrogant, self serving, greedy human being. Just lock him up and give the money back to the customers who he screwed out of their homes. The federal government unfortunately isn't high on my list of people who help the regular guy out anyway. Why waist tax payers money taking this guy to court when the evidence is so overwhelming.Anyone out there interested in a Class Action Lawsuit because I am talking to a lawyer and planning to file a lawsuit against Mizilo and Countrywide.(no emails posted)The more the merrier as far as I am concerned.Lisa Thomas
