Countrywide Home Loans Modification 4 Months SUCCESS!!

Has anyone had this problem with Countrywide. I requested and was told I was approved for a Loan modification on December 21, 2007 we are now in April and I call them every week to get the status. Every week that I call some one new is working on it and now they tell me that I'm not even approved anymore! What is that. Well I updated my finances with them and then they told me I would have to start all over with the modification and I am approved again and call back in 30 days. OK it's been 4 months.. Are they just stringing me along or are they really that busy. If anyone know's what I should do please let me know or if you have had the same problem with them. I have no idea what's really going on with my loan modification. :confused:
