Countrywide is ruining my life. I am a countrywide customer who has fought tooth and nail to get them to work with me. It has been three years since I bought my home and my commitment with them has been a battle . I have had some financial set backs and still maintained my payment with them for as long as i could but with them not willing to work with me has caused everything I have worked so hard for to slowly dwindle away. I have stayed in contact with their offices and asked several times to try to refinace to a more affordable payment their response has been none or your creditscore is to poor, due to their unwillingness to help, my score was 672 when i bought the house and is now at 430, even though i paid my payment ,although these past few months i have not given them a dime out of anger. they have told me I need to make more money to have a lower payment or have a roommate to get a lower payment. They recentley informed me that their computers show my residance was sold last october.I also recieved a letter from their office informing me that one of their employees has been terminated de to possibly selling my personal information to a third party. Are they serious. It has been so stressful for me to try to get any where on my own so I then went to their local office shared my information and nobody got back to me so then I contacted ACORN of washington who had me come to a meeting in march I gave them all my loan info, heartship letter and income info only for them to lose them and then I faxed them more copies and it has now been 6 months with no response I have kept up the best I can and now what do I do walk away and have nothing to ahow for all the hard work I have done please help me to either get away from countrywide and homeq who is my second lender this has been a long trial from flooding in New Orleans where my payments were to be sent to being a victim of check fraud and to getting a roomate two in fact like they said they made it worse for me and countrywide has still done nothing to help. Plese see what you can do I appreciate your efforts. Thank you again for taking the time to read this. DavinaTrevino |
