|  Did we get it in the tail? We bought our house back in 2005 and got put into a subprime balloon payment loan. Now I find out that we actually qualified for and FHA backed prime conventional loan. House is in foreclosure now. Mortgage broker told us this was the only loan he could get us at the time. Any ideas what we should do here? |
