Default Fraud and violations

My loan docs are so full of fraud and deception. Our loan officer told us we needed to back date the loan papers and rescission or we would lose our lock and the program. Later I discovered a $10,000 YSP. Digging further I found that the Good Faith Estimate was doctored. Page one shows a total of about $16,000 in costs and commissions while page two shows a total of costs at slightly over $11,000. (We signed page two, never saw page one, I figure it ended up in the trash.) The GFE does'nt state whether its a Variable or Fixed. (Its a variable and you guessed it, we thought it was fixed.) So, I've sent in a letter of rescission and a Qualified letter. The response? They told me they looked into it and everything looks legal and the file is closed! So I'm looking for a So. Cal lawyer. Any ideas or comments?
