Getting No Where Fast!!

Hi everybody, I am a new member and I am looking for assistance. I am currently behind with my Wamu loan. I have been experiancing economical hardships due to the South Florida economy. I am currently at 9.5% with a $3,000.00 mthly payment that will roll over in November to 11%. I recently submitted all documents to WAMU for a loan modification and followed through extensively with phone calls and emails and when I finally spoke to a representative they said they tried to reach my wife and I by telephone and couldnt reach us so they closed the case and here we are back to square one. I was asked to resubmit all documents in order to proceed with modification it know has been two months and I have had no response and know my mortgage is three months behind and I am getting deeper and deeper into a situation with my mortgage . I currently show a surplus on my financial sheet on $250.00 . I have enough income to pay my loan at a resonable rate. Please if anyone has any suggestions our advice on how to expedite this process please, please let us know!!
