This forum is amazing and so helpful. Thank you everyone who are willing to help. I was wondering about greenpoint mtg. Does anyone have stories or advice. I contacted them 3 weeks ago and they sent out a packet. I filled out everything to your specfication. and the financials, etc. they wanted. I have not heard anything yet. I will call in am.we have 1st mtg arm that expires in March with them and a 2nd mtg arm through Citi bank. Our problem is I got laid off my job and we lost 1000.00 in income. My husband job had a slow down as well. Up to this point we are current with both lenders, but barely. I am praying and hoping for a loan modification with both lenders. I emailed Citi bank last night with a hardship letter and emailed it to all the employees you provided. I received a phone call this morning and they will be sending out a packet for us fill out. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
