Although I have not been able to get anywhere with them I figured I would post some contact info for everyone. Phone # 800-784-5566 wait until it give you the option to dial an extension then enter extension 3418. This will get you in a que until someone answers the phone in loan mod dept. Seems she never picks up or calls back but maybe someone will have some luck. *Mrs. Higenbothom: *She is another Supervisor don't have her extension but you can ask for her. Good Luck
