Has anyone had success with Loan Safe?

Hello!I am new to loan safe forums and wanted to post my story.My first is with Countrywide and my 2nd is with GMAC.I had both my loans go thru a forensic loan audit with loan safe solutions and it came back with a bunch of violations. I am hoping that it will help me to have favorable results with them trying to modify my loan to a more affordable payment at least. I had tried doing the modification on my own with no success. We are in forclosue and want to stay in our home. I am wondering how many are trying the same process I am, hiring loan safe solutions to do a modification for them by using the violations found in the loan? Does it really help? They have completed my file and I am awaiting to hear from them. Also, once they find violations, does it help just for a modification, loan balance decrease, money back? If the violations are severe enough, do they suggest a lawsuit? Do you have to pay up front? Thanks, Audree in California
