HELP!! with Citi Residential Loan Modification

First, I would like to say thank you to each and everyone of you for posting all of this very important information. I have a very good payment history with Citi Residential and have never been late on any of my mortgage payments. Our payment is due to go up in September and I have been in contact with these very rude people. I have had each one of them tell me something different such as:You don't qualify for a loan modificationWhy are you calling?You show no signs of struggle, you have to be late on your paymentsContact a Real Estate Agent and do a Short SaleGet a roommate - Or wait till your payment goes up and call back then.etc..... I am so tired of playing these stupid games with these ignorant people. All I want is to continue to pay the 2161.00 instead of 2811.00, I am not trying to get out of paying my house payment, I need help. Can anyone give me some suggestions? :mad:
